Rawa Blues Festival receives Keeping The Blues Alive 2012!

With a great pleasure we'd like to announce that The Blues Foundation has awarded our Rawa Blues Festival with Keeping the Blues Alive 2012 in category: Festival International. The award is a great culmination of 31 years of tradition and achievements of our unique blues festival.

The Blues Foundation is the greatest and the oldest association of individuals and organizations from around the world involved in blues music. Each year, The Blues Foundation presents the KBA Awards to individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to blues music. So far, there has been no festival from this part of Europe awarded with KBA.

The KBA award will be received by Irek Dudek, the founder and the director of Rawa Blues Festival on the beginning of February 2012 in Memphis, Tennesse.
